Recently, we sat down with Logan to shine a light on his role at QualityDOS, his experiences, thoughts, and more.
As an IT Support Specialist, what does your typical day look like?
There is rarely a typical day in my position. I could be doing anything from assisting customers over the phone with anything ranging from a simple printing issue to more complex troubleshooting. I could also be out on an installation setting up a new copier or installing new document management software.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
The troubleshooting aspect is really enjoyable to me. Sometimes, the problems I run into day-to-day are simple and I‘ve seen them before. But there always seems to be something new I need to dig into and solve; there is always something new to learn.
How do you deliver the best possible service for your clients?
I often attend webinars to stay up to date with the newest technology, software, and hardware. There’s always a new training course, or a new device we need to be trained on.
How would you describe the Quality Digital team?
Everyone at Quality Digital gets along incredibly well. We work together to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. We have a wealth of knowledge among all of our technicians and office staff alike, and because we are always all helping each other, it allows us to better serve our clients.
What is the best part of working with QualityDOS’ clients?
Our clients are always happy to hear from us. They know we are committed to the job at hand, and making sure they are provided with the best possible service.
What inspires you?
Definitely my family. Everything I do, I do for them. My wife pushes me to always do better in everything that I do. I am always trying to do everything I can in order to provide a better life and future for my daughter.
What do you think the future of Quality Digital looks like?
I see nothing but a bright future for Quality. We have the best staff of any company I have ever worked for. From management to technicians and office staff to the owners, everyone has the same goal: to keep our clients happy. Within an industry that is constantly evolving and changing, we have all the tools necessary to evolve and change with it. From more intuitive document management software to the newest devices, we have everything we need to continue growing.
